The setup for the Fall show happens on the Thursday before the opening night. Most of the action happens before the 4 p.m. beginning of the dropoff time.
The volunteers showed up just after noon. We had 161 paintings in the show this year, so there were about 150 easels to put up. Plus the Small Treasures Mini Art Sale panels had to be assembled along with lights and drapes an all of that.
We began with an empty hall.

The show will be hung tomorrow, just before the judges arrive to decide on the winners. After we got everything ready, we adjourned to the kitchen for some well-deserved pizza.
