September Members' Demo 2007
The members' demo was held on Wednesday, September 12, 2007
in Guild Hall (middle side door), First Congregational Church,
Sanborn St., Reading. MA. The demo started at 7:30 p.m. This was
a "demonstration in the round", where you could walk around, meet
the artists, and ask questions.
This year's Members' Demo featured the following artists
and media:

Since this was a walkaround demo, that is what I did.
Here is a photo of Christine getting started.
Anthony started out with watercolor.
Don demonstrated a watercolor landscape.
Susan did a portait in oil.
Here she is starting her drawing.
Christine demonstrated a monoprint technique.
She painted the image in reverse on her surface
and then she pressed the paper down to transfer the image.
Here, Anthony is working on the watercolor part.
The pastels came later.
In this photo you can see Don's pallette.
Susan has completed the basic drawing.
Now she has started filling in the large areas of color.
Here you can see some of the paintings done by Christine.
Anthony is making progress.
Don is done.
Susan has captured a good likeness of the sitter.
