The Spring Show this year featured a return of the theme "Art and Bloom". We collaborated with the Garden Club to put together a combination of paintings and flower arrangements that echoed the shapes and colors of the paintings.

The stage was set up with the paintings and the floral arrangements.

The paintings and the florals complement each other very well.
We had a good turnout of art lovers again this year.
We had the Small Treasures sale again, of course.

Here are the bios of the judges
Caleb Stone is a Rockport painter who was exposed at an early age to plein air painting by his father Don Stone. He studied at the Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts in Old Lyme, Connecticut and works both in watercolors and oils. He has been the recipient of numerous awards, teaches workshop classes and currently resides on Cape Ann in Massachusetts.
Steve Lush is a self-taught artist. He began painting in watercolor in 1992 and was naturally drawn to maritime subjects. Steve's work has been exhibited extensively nationwide, and he is a Signature Member of the American Society of Marine Artists and the New England Watercolor Society, as well as an Artist Member of the Rockport Art Association and the North Shore Arts Association.
