Robert H. Farris, Jr., of Lynn, studied drawing and painting under Lynn Artist Charles Impel and attended Massachusetts College of Art.
His professional memberships are with Oil Painters of America; North Shore Art Association; LynnArts, Inc. (curatorial staff); Rockport Art Association; and the Lynn Cultural Council.�
Robert's gallery representations are at Impulse Gallery in Provincetown and Wood End Studio in Lynn.
He has exhibited several places throughout the United States for the past 15 years.� His major awards include 4 Grumbacher Silver Medallion Awards and 3 Grumbacher Gold Medallion Awards; 11th place at the 1994 Artist Magazine Competition; 1996 Grumbacher Hall of Fame Inductee; honorable mention at the 1997 North Light Competition; 2006 Michael Stoffa Memorial Award at North Shore Arts Assn; and the 2007 Contributing Member Show at Rockport Art Assn.
Robert has also been published in The Artist Magazine ; Grumbacher Calendar; North Light Magazine ; Panorama Magazine ; Who's Who in the East ; and Who's Who in America.
Fred Mac Neill of Concord, Massachusetts, was born in Boston and studied at the Vesper George School of Arts.� He is an oil painter, focusing primarily on New England with its changing light and seasons, as well as the national parks of Wyoming and Utah.
Fred is a member of the Boston Guild of Artists, Concord Art Association, and Rockport Art Association.� He is listed in Who's Who in America .� His work is seen in galleries throughout the United States.
